Most homes built and occupied before 2011 are eligible for individual insulation and heating system grants. For a heat pump, your home must meet a certain standard of insulation. We can assess your home and guide you through the entire grant application process.
The timeline depends on the scope of work. A simple attic insulation can be done in a day, while a full deep retrofit involving external insulation and a new heating system can take several weeks. We provide a detailed project timeline with every quote.
For most projects, yes. Our teams work efficiently and cleanly to minimize disruption. For more extensive deep retrofit projects, we will discuss the plan with you in advance. Some homeowners choose to vacate for a short period during the most disruptive phases, but it is not always necessary.
